(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if a committee has been formed to investigate allegations of corruption against any constitutional official, as per Section 4, the inquiry and investigation committee itself shall conduct the investigation and investigation of such allegations or such The investigative committee can take the help of any suitable person or agency to investigate and investigate. It will be the duty of the concerned person or agency to provide such assistance.
(2) The person or body as per sub-section (1) should investigate and investigate in accordance with the prevailing laws related to corruption and submit a report with their opinion to the investigation committee.
(3) The investigation committee will make its decision based on the report submitted as per sub-section (2).
